Transitioning to a Plant-Based Life

Interested in going plant-based? NJveg will cover some of the basics, including what to eat, and provide their personal experiences. They will also discuss the benefits of going plant-based, and have time for your questions. Bring a friend!

  • Jonathan Vorchheimer earned a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University online and is passionate about health and wellness. He has adhered to a vegan lifestyle for over 9 years.
  • Steve Fenster is the founder and president of NJveg, and is now a full-time volunteer. He holds degrees in Biology, Business Administration, and Computer Science from Rutgers University. Steve has been vegan for 16 years and was vegetarian for 7 years prior.
