NJveg and Vegan in NJ collaborated with Vegan Outreach to create the second Princeton Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC)! The VCC is a month-long event showcasing new vegan menu items created by chefs at local restaurants. 10 restaurants in Princeton and vicinity took part in October 2024. Here are the award winners:
