5–course Gourmet Vegan Dinner Catered by Lady and the Shallot – Mercer County Autumn TBD Campus Town at TCNJ, Ewing, NJ 08638 Join NJveg and Vegan in NJ for a catered, gourmet 5-course vegan meal! Lady and the Shallot is a completely vegan, gluten free, and nut free restaurant formerly located inside the Trenton Farmers Market (and moving to Ewing around September). Our prior meals here were amazing, among the highlights of the year, and drew raves – including from one NJveg member, “The best meal I’ve ever had!” The menu by owners Francesca Avitto and Kate Wnek is TBD.
Event Ideas Are Welcome! Additional events planned or in the works, including educational outreach, volunteer work days at animal sanctuaries, hiking/walking + vegan dining, vegan potlucks, vegan gourmet meals, speakers, and much more! Everyone is welcome at NJveg events: vegan, vegetarian, or veg-curious! Our events are open to the public, except when noted as members only. All NJveg events are completely vegan.
