The 116th in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will start with a walk on the Atlantic City Boardwalk. We plan to start at the northern end of the boardwalk, off N Rhode Island Ave (GPS coordinates 39.377664, -74.419544). If there’s interest, we’ll set up a shuttle so we can walk in one direction. Let us know what restaurant you’re interested in! Inclement weather date TBD. Please review NJveg’s restaurant trip guidelines, and note that only vegan food may be ordered at our table.![]()

Join NJveg for a volunteer work day! We’ll be helping the vegan non-profit micro-sanctuary Bloomsbury Herd. We highly recommend bringing a water bottle, bug spray, sunblock, work gloves, work boots, and clothes that can get dirty. A light lunch will be provided. If you’d like to donate, you can do so at the sanctuary or online. Inclement weather date Sunday March 15.![]()
Space is very limited, children 12+ accompanied by a parent welcome. Please sign up only if you are serious about attending and plan to attend for the full time. If anything comes up and you need to cancel, let us know ASAP, so that we may fill your spot. We’ve had a problem with last minute cancellations – don’t be that person! The address (in Bloomsbury) will be provided privately to volunteers before the event.![]()
