NJveg will be joining Save Coastal Wildlife and the National Park Service to help cleanup Fisherman’s Trail at the tip of Sandy Hook (thanks to NJveg member Beverly for the suggestion!). We’ll meet at Parking Lot M on N Bragg Rd, Sandy Hook, NJ 07732 (GPS coordinates 40.470710, -74.005026). Please be on time, and plan for a 15 minute drive from the entrance to Sandy Hook. We stopped at Shokra Soups, Supreme Sweets, East Ridge Pizzeria, and La Lus Cafe. NJVeg is proud to announce that we are collaborating with Rutgers University to distribute plant-based meal packs for the hungry.
