NJveg (@vegnj) had a volunteer work day on Saturday January 31, helping the vegan non-profit The Cow Sanctuary (founded in 1988!) in Bridgeton. We braved a cold day to stack firewood, and enjoyed some delicious food (provided by Wildflower Vegan Café, @wildflowervegancafe in Millville) by the wood burning stove after we finished. If you’d like to donate, you can do so online (thecowsanctuary.org). Before and after photos shown..We need volunteers for future sanctuary work days. If you’re interested in joining NJveg’s volunteer team, please contact us at NJveg.org@gmail.com or 609-557-7077 (text preferred).—Steve.View upcoming NJveg events here: njveg.org/event-calendar/.#njvegevents #njvegan #vegannj #njveg #njveganfood ... [RSVP AT NJVEG.ORG] NJveg will answer questions and provide free literature on the benefits of a plant-based life. Come out for an hour, or the entire event. Help spread the word that going vegan saves animals, protects the environment, and improves your health! No experience is necessary. We particularly need help setting up (at 11:15am) and packing up (to about 4:30pm). Please let us know what times you are available. Consider going to the market and saying hello! (But RSVP if you’re volunteering.)-Farida#njvegevents #njvegan #vegannj #newjerseyvegan #njvegans njveg friendsnotfood veganfriends veganfood veganinfluencer veganfoodie vegan veganism govegan plantbased plantbasedliving crueltyfree animalsanctuary volunteer ... Join NJveg for a volunteer work day! We’ll be helping the vegan non-profit The Cow Sanctuary (founded in 1988!). We highly recommend bringing a water bottle, bug spray, sunblock, work gloves, work boots, and clothes that can get dirty. If you’d like to donate, you can do so at the sanctuary or online. We’re going to be stacking firewood even if the weather is cold, but will postpone if there’s snow. Inclement weather date TBD.Space is limited, adults only. Please sign up only if you are serious about attending and plan to attend for the full time. If anything comes up and you need to cancel, let us know ASAP, so that we may fill your spot. We’ve had a problem with last minute cancellations – don’t be that person! The address (in Bridgeton) will be provided privately to volunteers before the event.#njvegevents #njvegan #vegannj #newjerseyvegan #njvegans njveg friendsnotfood veganfriends veganfood veganinfluencer veganfoodie vegan veganism govegan plantbased plantbasedliving crueltyfree animalsanctuary volunteer ... The 114th in NJveg’s (@vegnj) hiking/walking + vegan dining series started with a walk at Buccleuch Park in New Brunswick on New Year’s Day (Thursday January 1). We then headed to vegan restaurant Veggie Heaven (@veggieheavensomerset) in Somerset for a delicious early dinner. 📸 Steve W, Andrea, Susan, Roberta, Steve J, and Victoria.View upcoming NJveg events here:njveg.org/event-calendar/— Steve..#njvegevents #njvegan #vegannj #njveg #njveganfood ...
