The 108th in NJveg’s (@vegnj) hiking/walking + vegan dining series started with a 2.2 mile walk at North Brunswick Community Park on Saturday September 27. This was a joint event with the Plant Based Lifestyle - Northern NJ Meetup group. We then headed to vegan restaurant Veggie Heaven in Somerset, @veggieheavensomerset for a delicious early dinner. Somehow, despite having 21 people at the park, none of us remembered to take a single photo there. Good morning NJveg community!! We are coming to you with an event for this weekend! Happening tomorrow, Saturday 09/20, is the Hopewell Harvest Fair in Mercer County. We will have a stand where we will offer educational outreach, provide FREE literature for anyone who is curious about veganism/leading a more plant-based life, and more. The fair will take place form 9:45am-4:00pm, so feel free to stop by during these hours. We are also looking for anyone willing to volunteer!
